This week’s circuit is a high intensity MMA circuit. Mixed Martial Arts athletes have to be in top shape for competition and train harder than most athletes. Here is a great circuit that will take your cardio to the next level.

30s Heavy bag
30s Ground’n Pound
4 Sled pushes

1 min rest

x 4 sets

If you don’t have access to the sled you may substitute the sled push for 1 minute burpees, or any other exercises of your choice.

This is an excellent workout for those who want to train like fighters and take their cardio to the next level!
