Many people don’t like drinking water! Yes I’m serious! Some people just don’t like the taste…. yes the taste… I personally love water but to be honest sometimes I just want some type of flavor in my liquid. Here is 5 ways to make your water taste better so you can stay hydrated throughout the day.

Cinnamon
