Start your week off right with Natesway’s circuit Sundays! Every Sunday I will post a new circuit for you to add in to your weekly routine. A circuit is a series of consecutive workouts that are completed 1 after another without  rest. Some of these circuits could be preformed at home or at the gym. If you have trouble coming up with ideas for working out and feel like your not sure what to do, then this is perfect for you!

This week’s circuit is series of 8 different exercises can be done both at the gym and at home!
All you will need for this week’s circuit is a timer, bottle of water and your game face! Beware, it’s very challenging.

Circuit Sunday : Week 1

  • 1 minute jumping jacks
  • 1 minute plank
  • 1 minute mountain climbers
  • 1 minute push up
  • 1 minute jumping alternate lunges
  • 1 minute holding squat
  • 1 minute high knees
  • 1 minute burpees

Set 1 is complete

Rest: 1-2 minutes then repeat for a total of 3 sets.

This is a tough full body circuit that will have you burning hundreds of calories, you will be surprised at how hard this one really is. Don’t feel discouraged if you can’t complete some of the exercise for the full minute, it’s not easy! Make it your goal to complete all 3 sets! Always set goals for yourself if you could only complete 1 set today maybe tomorrow you can push for 2 sets.
