Cardio-Sculpt1-425x283Can’t make it to the gym? That’s fine! I have created a list of exercises that you can easily do at home and still have a good workout. Sometimes time is not on our side, but luckily for these exercises all you need is a little space.

  • Jumping rope
  • Stepping (either climbing stairs or using a box or step)
  • Jumping jacks
  • Burpees
  • Jogging in place

If you want to do a little more strength training at home, all you need is a set of free weights and you can do a variety of simple exercises that will surely have you burning calories and gaining strength. Here are some easy in home exercises you can do for strength.

  • Bicep curls
  • Weighted Squats
  • Shoulder presses
  • Bent over rows.

If free weights are not available for you, body-weight exercises are still an excellent option to burn fat. You can create yourself a mini circuit perhaps 1 minute each movement and you will definitely feel the calories and fat burning! Here are a list of very effective body-weight exercises that can be done at home.

  • Push-ups
  • Tricep dips
  • Lunges
  • Squats
  • Burpees
  • Plank
  • Mountain climbers
  • Jumping jacks

Create a mini circuit at home, with 4 of the exercises listed above and create an effective workout in your own home. You don’t always have to be at the gym to get a workout, even 5-10 minutes of a high intensity circuit at home could be all you’re missing for a good workout!

Always remember, even ten minutes is better than no minutes!
