Ingredients
  1. 2-4 Kale Stocks
  2. 1 Tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  3. 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C
  2. Cut the leaves with a knife or scissors to desired chip size
  3. Wash leaves thoroughly then scatter the chopped leaves on a backing pan
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the leaves
  5. Sprinkle the sea salt on the leaves

  7. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the edges are brown Not burnt!
