The photo below has been circulating the internet for quite some time. This is a perfect example of how bad these soft drinks really are. Sure we read 20-40 grams of sugar on the nutrition facts, but when you actually see the amount of sugar that’s inside it can be very scary. Obesity and diabetes is on the rise and the main contributing problem is right below staring right at as. 

These drinks below add 100’s of useless calories, that spike your sugar levels and offer very small amounts of energy. Don’t poison yourself with these drinks. Stick with water, and lot’s of it :)
