burpee-b-exWelcome back to Natesway’s Circuit Sunday Challenge week 6! For those of you who haven’t seen this before, every week I add a new challenge that can be completed for the following week.  These challenges have been a great success, and I’m very happy to see people tuning in to try them! This weeks challenge is a tough one so get your game faces on!

Try to complete this whole series in under 15 minutes. You may take brakes during this challenge but its important to complete it as fast as possible!

  • 25 reps of Burpees
  • 5 reps of Dumbbell Squats 
  • 20 reps of Burpees
  • 10 reps of Dumbbell Squats 
  • 15 reps of Burpees
  • 15 reps of Dumbbell Squats 
  • 10 reps of Burpees
  • 20 reps of Dumbbell Squats 
  • 5 reps of Burpees
  • 25 reps of Dumbbell Squats 

For the burpees if you wish to challenge yourself add a push up into the rep. As for the dumbbell squats choose a weight that is about 60% of your max rep weight.
