Condiments are the life of the party. Sometimes your favorite condiments could actually be pretty unhealthy. Mayonnaise for example is about 100 calories a tablespoon! Here is a few great condiments you can use that are low calorie and full of flavor!

Lemon Juice
A great addition to home-made salad dressings. Instead of having fatty store bought salad dressing make your own with freshly squeezed lemon and olive oil! Not only is it good for weight loss lemons have been shown to wash out toxins from the liver along with many other health benefits!

Hot Sauce
Put that $%^ on everything! Literally! Hot sauce contains almost no calories and can be used on everything for an extra kick of flavoring. Throw it on your eggs, meat and veggies for a nice hot flavor! Spicy food has been shown to improve digestion and speed up the metabolism.

Dijon Mustard
Dijon mustard is an excellent addition to chicken, fish and vegetables. I personally love dipping grilled veggies in Dijon mustard. This is a great low calorie condiment that can compliment any dish.

Balsamic Vinegar
Balsamic vinegar is excellent on salads and can be the star flavor in your home-made dressing!. Vinegar is excellent for cleaning out toxins and lowering cholesterol.
