My main issue with using the treadmills at the gym is that most people stay at the same speed for a long period of time. For example some people will stay at speed 6 for 3o minutes and call it a work out. Yes it’s a work out but you will have a much more effective session if you cut that time in half and gradually increase the speed every 1-2 minutes. Not only will you be working harder but your heart rate will constantly increase instead of staying steady making it a far more effective workout. So next time you hit the treadmill, cut your usual time in half and start increasing the speed!

    For the morning training is it recommended to work out before or after the breakfast ?

      I prefer eating after morning training, obviously depends on what time you wake up but something light like some fruits and a bit of yogurt is the perfect pre workout in the morning. For me at least!
