fitness-girlExercise is an essential component when it comes to weight loss. If you are trying to lose weight you need to have a balance of proper nutrition and of course lots of exercise. Here are 3 simple tips that will help increase your calorie burn.

T+ Testosterone Booster1. Morning Training

Start your day off right by training early in the mornings. Not only will this increase your alertness for the day but you will actually burn more calories as well! When you train early in the morning your metabolism speeds up and turns you into a calorie burning machine! Another great reason to train early in the morning is that it leaves no time for excuses to not go to the gym! Get into the morning routine and you will definitely see the weight shed right off!

2. Up The Speed

Cardio training is an effective way to lose weight and stay in shape. Not only are you toning your muscles but you are also strengthening your heart. My main issue with using the treadmills at the gym is that most people stay at the same speed for a long period of time. For example some people will stay at speed 6 for 3o minutes and call it a work out. Yes it’s a work out but you will have a much more effective session if you cut that time in half and gradually increase the speed every 1-2 minutes. Not only will you be working harder but your heart rate will constantly increase instead of staying steady making it a far more effective workout. So next time you hit the treadmill, cut your usual time in half and start increasing the speed!

3. Strength Training

Fact: Muscle burns more calories than fat does. So the more you train your muscles the more calories you will be burning. This doesn’t mean stop everything else and just lift, create a workout schedule with a balance of cardio and strength training. You will begin to notice a huge difference with your weight loss when you start to add weights in your routine.

For the morning training is it recommended to work out before or after the breakfast ?

I prefer eating after morning training, obviously depends on what time you wake up but something light like some fruits and a bit of yogurt is the perfect pre workout in the morning. For me at least!
