You will be surprised to find out that you may feel full for a longer period of time after having a high fiber content in your meal. The more fiber you have the easier your body will break down and digest foods.

Drink water before eating 
When you sit down at the table have a tall glass of water right before eating. Sometimes we mistake the feeling of thirst for the feeling of hunger. You may find that you will eat a lot less after having a tall glass of water before eating. Drink plenty of water throughout the whole day as well and you may find that you aren’t as hungry during the day.
