Lemon is one of the best things you can add to your water. I add lemon to almost all the water I drink throughout the day. Not only does it make the water flavorful, it has incredible health benefits! It’s hard to imagine such a small fruit can be so beneficial, but it is! Try adding a few lemon wedges to your water in the morning and you will feel charged for the rest of the day. Sometimes I’m just tired of water and want to drink something else, I find the lemon gets rid of those cravings and keeps my water tasty. Another great alternative would be to squeeze some lemon in carbonated water like San Pellegrino or Perrier to eliminate those cravings for sugary sodas. This is a healthier alternative when you’re out at the restaurant and you want to order a soda. Don’t take my word for it try it and see for yourself!
