Ingredients
  1. 1 can of chickpeas
  2. 1 Tbs lemon juice
  3. 1 Tbs olive oil
  4. 1 Clove of crushed garlic
  5. 1/2 Tsp cumin
  6. 1/2 Tsp salt
  7. optional 2 Drops of sesame oil
Instructions
  1. Rinse chickpeas thoroughly then blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until desired texture. Sprinkle a little paprika on top of final mix and ready to serve.
