Homeade Crispy Dollar Shaped Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
  1. 2 medium sized peeled sweet potatoes
  2. 1 tbs of olive oil
  3. 1 tbs of paprika
  4. 1 tsp of cumin
  5. 1 tsp of ground black pepper
  6. 1 tsp of Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven on bake to 300 f
  2. Thinly slice sweet potatoes into dollar shapes and a desired thickness.
  3. Mix oil and spices together by hand and toss them gently till sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the dollar shaped slices on a baking sheet evenly spaced out and bake for about 20 mins
  5. Flip the chips over after about 10 mins and keep an eye on the chips as they turn to a golden color.
  6. When chips are golden colored remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes
  7. Sprinkle desired amount of Himalayan sea salt
  8. Ready to serve

  1. Pairs well with hummus as a dip.
