Ingredients
  1. 4 Salmon filets (skin optional)
  2. 1 Red, Green, Yellow - Orange - Diced into small cubes
  3. 1 Handful of Cilantro - Finely chopped
  4. 1 Onion - Finely chopped
  5. 1 Avocado - Copped
  6. 1 Clove of Fresh Garlic - Finely Choped
  7. 1 Teaspoon of Himalayan Sea Salt
  8. 1-2 Teaspoons of Lime Juice
Instructions
  1. Place salmon skin side down on baking sheet.
  2. Season with lemon juice and pepper and garlic
  3. Bake at 400°F 10-15 minutes
  4. While salmon is cooking chop all veggies listed above and mix together.
  5. When salmon is ready to serve, top each piece of salmon with desired amount of bell pepper salsa.
