A lot has been going on in the past week and I would like to thank you all for tuning in weekly for the circuit sunday challenge. In the new year I will begin making weekly videos of the challenges allowing  it to be much easier to follow along! The benefits of having it on video will really help take your training to the next level!

Let us begin!

Station 1

50 Jumping jacks
30 Crunches
15 Burpees
10 Push ups

Station 2

50 Body-weight squats
30 Mountain climbers (15 each leg)
15 Tuck Jumps
10 Push ups

Station 3

50 Alternating high knees
30 Leg raises (lie on the floor and raise legs straight up and slowly lower than repeat)
15 Triceps dips (on bench)
10 Push ups

Repeat all 3 stations in order for a total of 3 sets. Make it your goal to complete it without taking any rest in between sets! This is an intense cardio circuit and may be the best thing you can do during the holidays.
